NYSED Regional Meetings on Graduation Measures

NYSED and the Board of Regents are planning a review of graduation standards in NYS. To determine the best way to prepare students for college and careers, they are focusing on questions such as:

- What do we want students to know and to be able to do before graduation?

- How will students demonstrate such knowledge and skills?

- How should this learning and achievement be measured?

They are hosting regional meetings to gather your feedback. Two local dates include:

- February 27 at 5:00 at Buffalo Academy of Visual and Performing Arts

- March 31 at 1:00 and at 5:30 at Erie 1 BOCES on Harlem Road.
